Local call centre hiring more people
TRG Customers Solutions is now Zedd Customer Solutions and the hiring sign is up at their Shirreff Avenue operation. The outbound call centre has been purchased by a group of Canadian investors. Director of Client Services Matt Gordon says they currently have just over 100 employees -- and they're looking to add another 150. He also says they've been able to make outbound calling profitable in North Bay -- at the same time that other call centres in North America are switching solely to inbound because they can't make it profitable.
